Michael Maziarek has had over 38 years of C-level experience in executive coaching, organizational development, business development, retailing, alternate channel development, healthcare practice and project management, franchising, field management and franchise consulting assignments. He is Founder and CEO of Full Circle Consulting Group, Inc. (FCCG), and Full Circle Coaching Services (FCCS) whose heritages are characterized by a consistently successful track record in strategic planning and the development of profitable strategic and tactical growth initiatives for both new and mature businesses and franchise systems. He has an extensive network in the optical, hearing health device, retailing and franchising industries. Among his many career accomplishments, he developed a franchise concept and successfully grew it to a national chain of approximately 250 locations in 6 years. FCCG and FCCS clients include national and international firms and industries.
Prior to founding of FCCG in October, 2011, Michael spent 12 years as a Franchise Business Coach and Consultant with Luxottica Retail in the Pearle Vision brand. His group of stores experienced a profitable comp sales growth rate that significantly exceeded that realized by the Pearle Vision franchise system as a whole.
